Description

Reaction High K is a clear liquid solution containing 32% potassium as potassium citrate and contains no nitrogen, sulphate or chloride.

Citrates are a very important part of cell metabolism as they are the basic raw material for the Krebb's cycle where citric acid is metabolised into smaller molecules and energy. This energy is then used for the manufacture of sugars and proteins. By supplying an energy precursor to the plant, the plant is able to channel excess energy into more vigorous growth.

Citrates are also used in the transportation of micronutrients around the plant and so by supplying citrates one helps facilitate the transport of these micronutrients, thus maybe alleviating micronutrient defciencies in various areas of the plant.

By applying potassium as a citrate one gets the benefts of both ingredients - potassium and citrates.

Some of the benefits found are:

• Better fruit size and quality
• Increase in sugar levels and therefore, taste
• Better strength of stem in cereal crops

Recommended Uses

Application rates:

Fruit trees	10 - 12 L / ha
Vines	7 - 10 L / ha
Grain	10 - 12 L / ha
